Team Synergia VAR Support Center is a systems support group powered by Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions Philippines, Inc. staffed with a dedicated helpdesk coordinator, and experienced core-functional and technical consultants.

Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions Philippines, Inc. Support provides First Level Support to SAP installed base with helpdesk, phone and remote support. The company went live with its First Level Support function on February 3, 2003 after an audit exercise performed by SAP Global Support last January 30, 2003. This exercise was conducted to evaluate the readiness, efficiency, and suitability of Team Synergia's Support Center to perform maintenance services for Philippine customers on behalf of the SAP Global Support Center. Twelve Philippine-based customers were awarded by SAP Philippines to Team Synergia as its initial customer base.
